§1 General Provisions

The data controller is TOP TEN SP. Z O.O., located at 10-683 Olsztyn, ul. Augustowska 20, NIP: 739-13-11-706. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and the storage takes place on secure servers.

For a better understanding of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with “You”, “Administrator” with “We”. The term “GDPR” refers to the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. We respect the right to privacy and ensure the security of data. For this purpose, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.

Personal data provided in the form is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.

§2 Data Administrator

The service provider is the administrator of its customers’ data. Personal data is processed:

a. in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,
b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
c. to the extent and purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, change or terminate it, and the proper performance of Services provided electronically,
d. to the extent and purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the person concerned.

Every person whose data is concerned has the right to access their data, rectification, deletion, or limitation of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

The service provider has the right to share personal data of the User and other his data with entities authorized under the appropriate legal provisions (e.g., law enforcement authorities).

Deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawing consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.

The service provider does not share personal data with other entities than those authorized under the appropriate legal provisions. We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption, and access control to minimize the effects of any data security breaches.

Personal data is processed by persons duly authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate.

§3 Cookies

1. The website top-ten.com.pl uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a www server and stored by the browser’s computer software.
